¡¼ Jeff N. K. Lee
Jeff Lee is a graduate of SooChow University where he obtained his LL.B. in 1996 and LL.M in 1998. He was called to the Taipei Bar in 1996 and gained admission as a licensed Patent Agent in 1997. He is also admitted to the Keelung, Taoyuan and Kaohsiung Bar. He was previously with a shipping law firm in Taiwan and had been in-house counsel to a large semiconductor company before joining JTJB-Taipei. 
Mr. Lee¡¦s main field of concern at the firm is on shipping, aviation, and insurance. He has represented some of Taiwan¡¦s major underwriters in a number of marine and fire related cases and has acted for terminals and claimants on an array of aviation matters. This includes his representation of a number of passenger claimants in the SQ006 air crash at Taiwan in 2000. Mr. Lee specializes in the carriage of goods, international trade, insurance regulation and handles most of the work concerning ¡§dry¡¨ shipping at the firm. He is the permanent legal counsel to a number of shipowners, insurance companies and marine surveyors in Taiwan. 

Besides transportation and insurance matters, Jeff Lee advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters covering licensing, loans and commercial contracts. Mr. Lee also has extensive experience handling matters regarding professional negligence.
