Mr. Lee is a licensed Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He pursued a double degree in law and chemical engineering at the National Taiwan University in 1970 and was thereafter admitted to practice law in Taiwan in 1975. Mr. Lee subsequently and accountancy in 1976.
