Dr. Rao is a B.Sc. graduate of the Taiwan National Oceanic University in transportation management and operations. He pursued his postgraduate LL.M. degree with the University of Cardiff in 1997 and subsequently obtained his Ph.D. in Insurance Law with Manchester University in 2004. Prior to joining JTJB-Taipei upon his return from the U.K., Dr. Rao was been in-house counsel to an air-craft finance company and a public listed transportation company in Taiwan.

Dr. Rao lectures regularly at the Insurance institute of Taiwan and has to date published some twenty over articles relating to transportation and insurance law. He brings to us an immense wealth of knowledge on these 2 areas.
